Carl C. Icahn Raises Stake in WebMD, after Sale Process Ends

Carl C. Icahn is not deterred by WebMD‘s ongoing problems.

The activist investor has disclosed that he has raised his stake in the online health company to 11.64% from 9.99%.

Mr. Icahn began adding to his stake in WebMD on Jan. 10, the day that the company announced that it had ceased efforts to sell itself.
